The Bothy

Ingredients

2 ounces Bothan Scotch - Sherry Cask Expression
3/4 ounce oloroso sherry
1 teaspoon maple syrup
6 dashes cherry bitters
Garnish: lemon twist

Method

Combine ingredients into mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
